“Let the nations be glad, and sing for joy!” (Psalm 67:4)

Missions is one of the imperatives given to us from Christ. He said before He left this earth, “Go therefore, and make disciples of all nations.” (Matthew 28:18-20). This is the Great Commission, given to all of us who have been redeemed, it is not an option. It is not called the “Great Suggestion.” If we’re truly born again and have received the joy of knowing we are now one of His own, how can we keep such Good News a secret? Missions not only delivers men from their rightful punishment of an eternal hell but more important makes much of our Savior and glorifies Him.

We attempt to accomplish this commission from the Lord by supporting missionaries in foreign countries with our visits to encourage, financial support, and prayer. The second Sunday of each month, we challenge each other to remember those we support personally along with our brothers and sisters in Christ around the world who are being persecuted for their faith. During the year, we have various projects to aid raising support for a specific mission need.

It is our hope that our missions program will grow exponentially as the Lord expands our hearts for the lost in this world and grows our love for Him and His glory among the nations. We long to see peoples from every tribe, language, tongue, and nation stream to the throne, worshipping the King of Kings for all eternity!
